A small-town wife and mother raising two kids and helping build her husband's business in the Midwest back in 2008, Debbie created Chic Bargains. Fast forward 9 years, the kids are raised and a few other changes have taken place. Still a lover of handbags and of great bargains she can pass on to her customers, she has added DebbieJosDiscounts on Ebay. Retail is ever changing and demands on our dollar are being stretched further every day, we find our customers still want to look great and enjoy their favorite brands while saving money.
